For summer weddings and Kootenay long-weekend events, book 3–6 months out. For smaller events and corporate orders, 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Last-minute? Call us — we'll do our best.

Do you offer drop-off, buffet, or full-service catering?

All three. Drop-off is best for offices and casual gatherings. Buffet works for most weddings and parties. Full-service includes staff, setup, serving, bar, and cleanup.

For full-service catering, yes — servers, chafing dishes, serving utensils, and complete cleanup. Drop-off orders come with disposable serving ware on request.
